From the frozen vegetables on the salad bar to the mechanically processed texture of the turkey burger, the food is disappointing all around. Our server clearly had absolutely no experience or training. Between two burgers with the salad bar and a pepsi, we walked out $25 poorer and with an upset stomach.

food is what youd expect from a chain. its all in the same category: chilis', applebees, ruby tuesdays, all the same.. so why is it so busy all of the time? is des moines confused? ..because you can actually get these burgers at any sit down restaraunt.. R.T. has a bigger selection, and they are good, dont get me wrong, but not better than anywhere else...
also, my server brought out something i didnt order, when i told her this, she said no, its what i ordered.. she asked if i wanted to send it back, but ive seen the movie "waiting"
