I had my first experience at Cazador today for lunch. A collleauge of mine said it was her favorite Mexican spot, so we all went for lunch. Wow, I was impressed! The menu looks like most Mexican restaurants (besides the cheeseburger offerings) but contains a few more authentic dishes that you don’t often see at your run of the mill Mexican-American spot. I started out with the chicken tortilla soup. Something I like, but never love. Well, I LOVED this one! It had large chunks of avocado which that’s amazing! It was perfectly seasoned, not too salty and just enough spice. I chose the lunch portion of the enchilada blanca. It was a chicken enchilada with a creamy, cheesy sauce-yum! I ordered guacamole on the side and am so glad I did-delicious like everything else. I cannot wait to go back!
