I had the best authentic Mexican meal I've had since I moved to Iowa from a meat packing town in Neb. where 1/3 of the population was Hispanic.

If you are looking for a place that is full on authentic flavor....don't go here. If you have a sensitive tummy and don't like many seasonings, this is your place. Not much time put into dishes, seriously lacking in flavor. Chips and salsa were yummy. Much better than La Hacienda (if that is a compliment?)
Looking for a better place on the same side of town? Try El Blue Burrito on SE 14th/15th Street by the I235-OnRamp. Excellent flavorful food to find there (and chips and salsa are real good there too :0)
