The menu at Cool Basil, divided into rice, stir fry, noodle and curry dishes, consists of more than 50 items. You can customize the hotness of each dish up to "five peppers", which is called "Thai hot." Many feel the spicy basil fried rice at "three peppers" is plenty, giving a good spice taste without leaving a person parched and desperate for water.
