Order the fried potstickers, with their confetti of delicately seasoned diced vegetables nestled inside flaky, paper-thin wrappings. They do a great Pad Thai. Bean sprouts, eggs, green onions and peanuts — along with a choice of tofu or meat — punctuated the nutty-sour-salty tangle of slippery, soft, glistening rice noodles.
