This place has great cuisine! I love this place and frequent often. The service is a little slow but its well worth the wait! One of the best places for Chinese, Thai, or Lao food in the greater Des Moines area. And they do have a website - www.therollingwok.net not .com!

One of my favorite restaurants in Des Moines. The food is always so fresh. My favorite dishes are the Wonton Soup and Drunken noodle.

Best Pho in Des Moines

I travel for business and like to try to eat healthy. When I came to Des Moines a few weeks ago I made it a point to go out for Pho every day for lunch. After going to two other places, that were literally holes in the walls, I found Rolling Wok Cafe. I was surprised to find such a vivacious atmosphere, good-looking and friendly staff, and REGULARS!

I make it a point to go to Rolling Wok for lunch when I'm in town because I love the Pho, especially on Mondays when they have awesome specials! If you're looking for great Pho, or a variety of other Asian food, give this place a shot. You'll be impressed, just like I was.

The Best Asian Food In East Des Moines

I would like to consider myself a connoisseur of Asian cuisine. I have been to this establishment well over twenty times, and what keeps me coming back is the fantastic food! They have a huge selection from Thai and Lao's to just about anything else you can think of from any other Chinese restaurant. Everything can be made as spicy as you would like it, from a scale of one to five, and the atmosphere is very clean!
The beer, and wine selection is rather bland, and sometimes the service is a little on the slower side, but the food quality and quantity more than makes up for this.
If you want better than upper class Asian food, at a price that you can afford give Rolling Wok a try.
