Wonderful dining experience

I have been to The Spice a few times, one of them for a work dinner with executives visiting from San Francisco. Our service was impeccable and I was proud to show the out of town guests such a great dining experience. Everyone loved their food, and a visitor from San Francisco even said it was some of the best Thai food they had ever eaten. Beyond the amazing food and service, the minimalist design is impressive and gives a calming and peaceful feel to the atmosphere.

I highly recommend the appetizers, especially the fresh spring rolls and fried calamari. I dont always love shrimp served hot, but the Tamarind Shrimp came highly recommended, so I couldnt resist ordering it. Im so glad I did because the sweet and sour sauce was perfect! I really cooking look forward to going back.

Elegant atmosphere with amazing Thai

The Spice is a wonderful place to entertain guests to Ames or have a celebratory meal. The atmosphere is classy and elegant-showing an authentic simplicity that Asian restaurants sometimes lack in decorating. I was impressed with the menu because of its mix of traditional Thai food and creatve fusion dishes. I went for a business dinner when colleagues from our San Francisco office visited. I was so pleased with my meal, as was everyone as the table-especially our visitors from California! I highly recommend the steamed spring rolls-they were fresh and healthy. In addition to great appetizers, I had the Lemongrass Chicken. It was delicious, although I had food envy for me friends Pineapple Rice, I would like to try that next time I visit. If you like Thai, make sure you visit The Spice!
