So when we heard he was opening Timothy’s Steakhouse and Pub, a white-tablecloth dining spot, we thought, “What’s up with that?”
Turns out, the Timothy side to Tim Flanagan is by no means a Dr. Jekyll/Mr. Hyde disconnect, but an upscale side of Flanagan's.
