I absolutely love this shop. I have bought several items and marvel at the quality at such reasonable prices. The owners are so helpful and offer suggestions on different ways to wear a garment and accessories you can add. This shop will always be on my list of must sees when I am in the East Village.

Accenti is what boutique shopping should be- unique items, combined with fun & personal service. I never know what I'm going to find at Accenti, but it is always some good, whether I am looking for a gift, or something for myself. Accenti has a great mix of clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, and even art work!
I also enjoyed the owner, Paolo, casually telling me about the jewelry I tried on.

I received a warm greeting the moment I walked in the door. Both employees were extremely helpful and welcoming. Accenti has so many unique and gorgeous accessories and clothes that I never have a problem finding the perfect gift, or something for myself!

Very bad customer service experience

I received a gift certificate for this store. When, half way through the store, I was unable to find anything within the price limit of the gift certificate, I asked for help and stated my problem. The sales person gave me a lecture about shopping at department stores and then showed me some items that were in my price range. As I was looking, he then told me he preferred to refund my gift certificate instead of me redeeming it. The other sales person told me I started the conversation inappropriately and should have asked to been shown merchandise in my price range. All of this was stated in an unkind manor.
