Report this commentIve been wanting to try Lucca for quite some time now. Everytime I have tried to visit, its been too busy-obviously a good sign for them. Des Moines has a lot of great Italian places, but Ive heard these unique and well planned course meals make them stand out from the crowd.

Report this commentI had the opportunity to taste some of Chef Tony Lemmo's food before he opened Cafe Di Scala when he was in the Metro Market (now Gateway Market). Another spot that I cant believe I havent been to. Im dying to try to butternut squash ravioli that I have heard so much about. Sounds like the perfect place for a date night-hope to eat there soon!

Report this commentIve been here to watch a few sports games before, but never eaten. I have heard so many great things about thier food, so this is slowing moving higher and higher on my "Need to go" list. I love the atmosphere and affordable prices. While I often love a meal of sushi and a big glass of wine..there is something about a giant plate of saucy meat and a Bud LIght that puts a smile on my face just thinking about it! Plus, this is a place I know my boyfriend will love just as much as I do. Im coming Jethros!

Report this commentI have heard nothing but praise for this eccletic fine dining restaurant. Basically, I just need to try it out for myself! Its pricey, but Im sure well worth it-next time I have an event to celebrate, Im hoping to go here.
