Report this commentMy wife and I went to Proof for their Morrocan theme night last Friday. Proof finally offers the gourmet dinning experience that Des Moines has been missing from its culinary scene. The four course prix fixe menu was absolutely divine. From seafood tangine to roast lamb over couscous, each course seem to more delicious than the previous. Also, I can't believe how new wood floors and a softer shade of paint transformed a bohemian deli into a place for fine dining. Proof is a must for anyone starved for top-notch culinary experience in Des Moines.
